Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce specialists to achieve sales and growth targets on marketplace platforms.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Oversee live-hosting sessions, ensuring high engagement and seamless execution to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of driving growth and sales on marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms to derive insights.
- Experience with live-hosting or live-selling strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
