Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
