Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and management of corporate documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and file organization for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of corporate service requests (e.g., registrations, renewals, or reporting).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client information, financial records, and service tracking.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation under supervision.
- Liaise with government agencies, banks, or external partners to facilitate corporate compliance and service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management or clients as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of corporate administration, compliance, or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in administration, accounting, or corporate services is a plus.
