Responsibility
- Assist in conducting internal audits of restaurant operations, financial records, and compliance with company policies.
- Review and verify daily sales reports, inventory counts, and expense records for accuracy.
- Identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions to management.
- Support the preparation of audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls and mitigate risks.
- Monitor adherence to local tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on auditing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of auditing principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Ramen Nagi PH locations for audits.
