Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction team, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, particularly AR and AP processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
