Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Proven experience in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
