Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax compliance, including SST and other tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
- Conduct cost analysis and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize SQL and Excel for financial data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring junior staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
