Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
- Handle general office administrative duties to ensure smooth daily facility operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and office correspondence.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits as required.
- Assist in monitoring office supply inventory and facility maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a significant plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, or SAP) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for numerical detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
