Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the finance and payments sector.
- Optimize marketing funnels using data analytics and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Create and localize Japanese-language content (e.g., blogs, social media, email marketing) tailored to target audiences in Japan and Japanese-speaking markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., CTR, CAC, engagement rates) and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends in fintech, payments, and digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes in the Japanese and Southeast Asian markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English; ability to create and edit content in both languages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in finance, fintech, or payments industries.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with content creation, localization, and cultural adaptation for Japanese audiences.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment or willingness to relocate is a plus.
