Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI/ML models and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on scalability and business impact.
- Act as a technical and linguistic bridge between Japanese-speaking clients and international development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical assessments to derive actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, including NLP, computer vision, or automation tools.
- Prepare and present technical reports, dashboards, and recommendations in both English and Japanese for stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, data science, and industry best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
- Provide consultation and training to clients on AI/ML methodologies, tools, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws) and ethical AI standards in all projects.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher) and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or cross-cultural collaboration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
