Responsibility
- Provide timely technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with security policies.
- Assist in the deployment and upgrading of IT systems, including operating systems and applications.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness protocols are in place.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, troubleshooting, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems and networking principles.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
