Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, application crashes, and connectivity problems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of software updates, patches, and security protocols.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT improvements.
  • Educate end-users on best practices for system usage, cybersecurity, and data protection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
