Responsibility
- Provide technical support for SaaS applications and POS systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Develop and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SaaS applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and SaaS applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
