Responsibility
- Manage, maintain, and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Provide prompt technical support for hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Oversee network connectivity, including routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain secure and stable operations.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to safeguard sensitive company data.
- Assist with the procurement, configuration, and deployment of new IT assets and software licenses.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes, system configurations, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for escalated technical support or specialized system maintenance.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT Support or System Administration role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and common business software suites.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network administration.
- Experience with server management and cloud-based services (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist users at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are highly advantageous.
