Responsibility

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in network setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting for office connectivity.
  • Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides for internal reference.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking principles.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
