Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, members, and guests.
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Install, configure, and maintain network cabling and hardware.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement and support IT solutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance club operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network cabling, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in IT support or networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
