Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud infrastructure projects within the reinsurance domain.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Identify, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships throughout the lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain project governance standards and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and steering committee presentations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in IT Project Management, with a specific focus on Cloud migration or infrastructure projects.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern infrastructure practices.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a high-pressure corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
