Responsibility
- Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and security.
- Oversee technical support teams to resolve IT-related issues efficiently and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and proactively address potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Design and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve scalability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT operations, infrastructure management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, or other IT governance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
