Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with maritime business objectives, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard critical operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, IoT integration, and data analytics for real-time decision-making.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., IMO, SOLAS) and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, local laws).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; maritime industry experience is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a track record of leading large-scale digital projects.
- Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- In-depth knowledge of maritime-specific software (e.g., vessel management systems, ERP) and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
