Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT service contracts.
- Develop and execute technology projects aligned with business goals.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and networks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team.
- Monitor IT budgets and optimize technology investments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, including infrastructure and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience managing IT vendors and service providers.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in IT project management and budgeting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
