Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure and office hardware.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting end-user technical issues and software concerns.
- Help manage system updates, backups, and network connectivity checks.
- Participate in the documentation of IT processes, network configurations, and technical protocols.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new software applications and hardware devices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
