Responsibility
- Assist in resolving IT-related issues submitted through the IT Online Job Request system.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees.
- Monitor IT systems and report any anomalies or performance issues.
- Support the IT team in implementing cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues.
