Responsibility
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Oversee the administration and troubleshooting of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
- Provide technical support and POS (Point of Sale) assistance to retail outlets and internal departments.
- Perform regular system setup, software installations, and routine maintenance updates.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Support user account management, access control, and data backup procedures.
- Document IT processes, maintain inventory of hardware assets, and suggest infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, WMS platforms, and POS software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, networking protocols, and basic hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to data security and system efficiency.
