Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ERP/SAP migration project in a manufacturing environment.
- Configure and customize MES (Manufacturing Execution System) modules to align with business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive data mapping, cleansing, and migration to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and optimize system performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP/SAP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and process workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP/SAP and manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation, configuration, or support, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in MES systems, data mapping, and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Certification in SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, PP, or SD) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
