Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Administer and configure IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Train and assist employees in using IT systems and applications effectively.
- Monitor IT systems performance and proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, IT software and hardware, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
