Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company ERP system to ensure seamless business operations.
- Perform regular system audits, software updates, and security patches to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, including workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software solutions and IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance technical literacy and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify technology gaps and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficiency in ERP system management and troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/macOS operating systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment is highly preferred.
