As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable IT solutions to enhance operational excellence. Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams to guide IT development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and end-users, to gather and prioritize business needs.
- Design and implement IT solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, or custom applications) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades or replacements to align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure seamless deployment of new systems with minimal disruption.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in IT or logistics.
- Proven expertise in business process modeling (BPMN), UML, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and requirement management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or logistics management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or IoT applications is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
