Responsibility
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and external IT service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
