Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Coordinate IT service requests, incident management, and resolution processes to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups, implementing proactive measures to prevent data loss or breaches.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems, applications, and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Document IT processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and basic cybersecurity principles.
  • Hands-on experience with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
