Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate IT service requests, incident management, and resolution processes to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups, implementing proactive measures to prevent data loss or breaches.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems, applications, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Document IT processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on experience with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Bali and adapt to a hybrid or on-site work model.
