Responsibility
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of incoming stock deliveries.
- Prepare and verify delivery orders for outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using digital systems or manual logs.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or irregularities to management.
- Assist in cycle counting and reconciliation of inventory data.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures for handling automotive parts and materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Stock Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock (up to 20-25 kg).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with automotive parts or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
