As an IDS Assistant, you will be the backbone of our warehouse administration, facilitating accurate product picklists, coordinating cross-departmental communications, and maintaining meticulous records. Responsibility
- Generate and post accurate product picklists for warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with inventory systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements, stock levels, and transaction histories using digital tools.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize errors and losses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities for management review.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to verify shipment details and resolve delivery issues.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide administrative assistance to the warehouse manager, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
