Responsibility

  • Generate and post accurate product picklists for warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements, stock levels, and transaction histories using digital tools.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize errors and losses.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities for management review.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to verify shipment details and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the warehouse manager, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse operations.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
