Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and manual logs.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits to ensure alignment between physical and system records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock replenishment and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce stock control procedures, including labeling, storage, and rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Resolve inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related administrative role (retail or beauty industry preferred).
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, POS systems) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations and supply chain basics is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
