Responsibility
- Accurately record and track inventory levels using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity and minimize discrepancies.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification, labeling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports on inventory status, movements, and adjustments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards in all inventory-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to lift and move stock items as needed (up to 20-25 kg).
