Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity and minimize discrepancies.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and optimize storage space for efficient retrieval.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excess stock.
- Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve stock-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in inventory handling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field (preferably in hardware or retail).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to lift and move stock items as needed.
