Responsibility
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low stock or overstock situations.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
