Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize storage, retrieval, and distribution processes.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports for inventory forecasting and replenishment.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for inventory management.
- Support ad-hoc logistics tasks as required to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS, or ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus.
