Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of office and operational supplies.
- Handle data entry, filing, and organization of physical and digital documents.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking for administrative functions.
- Provide general clerical support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
