Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about efficient logistics management? Lifetime Design is currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Admin to join our team in Jepara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory data is precise, up-to-date, and fully optimized to support our production cycle.
As an Inventory Admin, you will play a critical role in minimizing discrepancies and maintaining the seamless flow of goods. Responsibility
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing goods to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile system data vs. actual stock.
- Maintain and update inventory database systems with real-time data entries.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly inventory reports for the management team.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
- Ensure warehouse documentation complies with company safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Admin, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Willingness to be based in Jepara, Jawa Tengah.
