Responsibility
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive international marketing plans to attract students from target regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa).
- Digital Campaigns: Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all global touchpoints, including websites, brochures, and digital assets.
- Partnerships & Events: Collaborate with agents, universities, and education fairs to promote programs and build strategic alliances.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling, localized content (videos, blogs, testimonials) tailored to diverse audiences.
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., application rates, cost-per-lead) and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with admissions, faculty, and alumni to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to refine targeting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in international marketing, preferably in education, EdTech, or student recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (required); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams and audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and external vendors/agencies.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to Bali (remote work options may be considered for exceptional candidates).
