Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Australian and international accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and financial reporting for Australian client firms.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably with exposure to Australian or international standards.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
