Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy tailored to Shopeeâs corporate affairs and SPX Express business units.
- Create and distribute engaging content (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, leadership messages) to inform and inspire employees.
- Partner with HR, PR, and senior leadership to align internal messaging with company-wide goals and external branding.
- Manage multi-channel internal platforms (e.g., Slack, email, town halls) to ensure timely and consistent information dissemination.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns using metrics like engagement rates, feedback, and surveys.
- Organize and facilitate employee events, workshops, and Q&A sessions to boost morale and transparency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on internal communication best practices and crisis management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovate communication strategies to keep Shopee at the forefront of workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate affairs, or employee engagement, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies that drive employee alignment and engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., CMS, email platforms, analytics software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
