Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits of retail and distribution operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations and monitor follow-up actions.
- Utilize modern auditing tools and data analytics to streamline audit processes and improve accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retail and distribution auditing.
- Assist in fraud detection and prevention by conducting surprise audits and investigations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in retail, distribution, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in auditing software and data analysis tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Excel, or Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as required.
