Responsibility
- Oversee and manage multiple programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Define and communicate program goals, scope, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Prepare and present program reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
