Responsibility
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed drawings to clients.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity and project timelines.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design vision and budget.
- Create detailed project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation and address any design-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
