Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end sales and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with logistics and operations teams to optimize supply chain and delivery processes.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to sales and service teams, including documentation and reporting.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support operational decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, service, or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
