Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of insurance claims in Bali’s designated areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Verify the accuracy of claim documentation, including damage reports, policy coverage, and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and clients to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Prepare detailed survey reports with recommendations for claim approval, rejection, or further investigation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and explaining claim processes clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys, communications, and claim-related activities.
- Identify potential fraud or discrepancies in claims and escalate concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance surveying, claims assessment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products, policies, and claim procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-specific software/tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for on-site inspections.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
