Responsibility
- Manage and streamline daily operational workflows for the Beton Instan and Construction Chemical business lines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in construction chemicals and ready-mix concrete solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize business processes and increase service efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new innovative construction solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operational touchpoints.
- Assist in the coordination of product demonstrations and technical support activities for key clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction material industry, preferably in concrete or chemical products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and business analysis.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English (professional proficiency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with site teams and corporate stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
