Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered mathematics lessons aligned with the Infal program’s curriculum and standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies, including project-based learning and technology integration, to enhance student comprehension and retention.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects that connect mathematics to real-world applications.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence in mathematics.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in education.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administrators to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the school’s mathematics curriculum and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics or STEM education, with a proven track record of student success.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and adaptive learning technologies.
- Passion for mathematics and a deep understanding of pedagogical approaches to make complex concepts accessible.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
