Responsibility
- Provide daily English language tutoring to children, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the childrenâs learning levels and interests.
- Assist with homework and school projects, ensuring academic progress and understanding.
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities, fostering a balanced routine.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living and learning environment.
- Monitor and report on the childrenâs developmental progress to the family.
- Collaborate with parents to support the childrenâs educational and personal growth.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting good manners, discipline, and social skills.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or childcare is highly desirable.
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structured yet flexible learning environments.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and educational techniques.
