Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including server lifecycle management, data center operations, and hybrid multi-cloud migrations.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, with a strong background in server lifecycle management and data center operations.
- Experience with hybrid multi-cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
